How we Work - Our Methodology
Having understood the issues and the cultural context the important thing is delivery. BSI has a methodology based on solid project and change management principles to ensure we plan, implement and leave a sustainable change. Planning for the change throughout the initiative is important to ensure that people are helped through the change in the most effective way. BSI considers that there are four main themes which must be considered throughout a project to do this:
