John is a driven and energetic senior executive with principle-based leadership. He brings proven track records of success in leadership, strategic planning, product development, complex program management, and manufacturing & supply chain management. John has hands-on experience developing world-class operations capability across Health & Biotechnology, FMCG, and Financial Industries.

Prior to co-founding the BSI consulting, John was the Chief Commercial Officer at Bioscience Equity Partners and successfully established an international investment banking group focusing on Health & Biotechnology. Between 2019 and 2022, he was the Director of a private equity firm, IQ Group, and led the Health & Biotechnology accelerator PMO function. Between 2018 and 2019, he led a strategic program at Australia's largest retail group, Woolworths Group Limited. John and his team developed a strategic framework to improve relationships with suppliers and commercialised an innovative retail customer insights software suite driven by data analytics, AI & ML, and provided a better understanding of consumer behavior. Between 2011 and 2018, he was also an early member of a medical technology start-up, delivering projects that disrupted the medical technology industry, achieving 20x growth of the company. Currently, John is a Strategic Advisor of the Australia Korea Busines Council (AKBC) & World Health Organization (WHO).
